IF you are going to have Facebook messaging you better be on your toes. Facebook now let’s your potential audience members know how responsive you are to messaging. Yep you are able to let your customers know that you care. By getting a little green badge stating that this site is very responsive right below your Cover photo and it announces that your site is Very Responsive to Messages
Every page is able to receive this new badge and it goes without saying the benefits you get when your customers and fans see this badge. It announces that you care about your customer service. That service is important to you and you realize that your customers and clients are important.
How to get this badge of Honor
According to Facebook’s Help Center all you have to do is insure you do the following two items with in a 7 day period.
- 90% of your message have to be answered
- You have to have at least a median of answering your messages within 5 minutes.
But most important of all, if you want to have this responsive badge on your page, you have to have messaging turned on for your page. To do so
- Go to your Facebook page.
- Click the Settings button on the top right hand side
- About 6 lines down on the main section you will see Messages
- Click Edit
- Put a check mark in the box “Allow people to contact my Page privately by showing the Message button”
- Press Save Changes
You will now be able to have your customers and potential clients message you with questions and give them a better door to improve your service and show them how much you really care.
You also are able to message your potential clients as a means to take personal and sensitive information off to a private location so you are able to give the best service in the strictest confidence you can provide.
