Manners are important. They help develop stronger relationships. By keeping boundaries. Manners help your customer get to know you better and helps your customer get to know like and trust you.  Because you are showing more attention to them. You were showing that you are caring for your customer or potential customer.

So don’t immediately try to sell somebody something just because they followed you. That is just the initial “hi how you doing,” sticking out your hand for a handshake. It is an introduction not your 10th date.
